What is the point of Christian arts?
Aside from marketing and finding others who are looking for it, what is the purpose of identifying a song, picture, sculpture, blog, podcast, show or radio station as “Christian”? Would it be a better testament if it was simply put out there for all to see, hear or experience and allow the witness it produces speak for itself?

I want to say THANK GOD for restoring my hope in Him.
OK, so here I am in my studio…it is finally up and running in beautiful digital quality. There are no more excuses as to why I cannot produce CCMRewind or determine what CCMRewind will be. Is it a station? A podcast? A show? That, I do not know right now but I am convinced that whatever little we do with it, it will be for the purpose of revealing Christ to those who are struggling, lost hope, given up or never tried. I am not calling these people quitters, I am them. That’s how I know who they are.
What I believe with every fiber in my being that this program, podcast, show, site is NOT supposed to be is void of truth and relevancy. It is not strictly for entertainment or remembering an idealistic view of following Christ, though entertainment certainly does play a part in it but instead it is a ministry. An outreach. A channel for Light to shine through and help direct people back to Jesus.
